Smart flashcards
Good cards are short, specific, and easy to review. Here’s a simple framework that works for language learning.
1) Keep cards small
Prefer single words, short phrases, or one grammar pattern per card. If a card feels “long,” split it.
2) Add context when needed
When a word has multiple meanings, add a short note or an example sentence so you remember the right usage.
3) Use tags to stay organized
Tag by topic (travel, food, verbs) so you can study in focused sessions.
4) Use images for memory hooks
Images help you recall meaning faster—especially for concrete nouns and travel phrases.
5) Review daily (even 2 minutes)
Consistency beats intensity. Build a streak by doing a small review session every day.
