Welcome to Flippin! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flippin language learning application ("App") developed by Alexander Riakhin ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You must sign in with Apple to use the App. Certain features may also require iCloud to be enabled in your Apple ID settings for synchronization.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5.2 Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Apple's App Store terms for payment processing
• No refunds except as required by law

Premium subscriptions include:

• Unlimited card creation (removes free user limits)
• Access to all preset vocabulary collections
• Premium animated backgrounds
• Advanced analytics with detailed insights and recommendations

• Priority customer support

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 App Ownership

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alexander Riakhin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By creating content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Sync your content across your devices (if enabled)

Translation services are provided by third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations.

8.3 Learning Outcomes

While the App is designed to facilitate language learning, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or proficiency levels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexander Riakhin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alexander Riakhin from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. You may also delete the App from your device.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Developer is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending a notification through the App

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Alexander Riakhin regarding the use of the App.
